Direct Access Lab Testing enables today’s health-conscious individuals to easily and affordably order and obtain laboratory test results without visiting a physician’s office or clinic. If you do not have health insurance or if you have high deductibles and co-pays, you may find Direct Access Lab Testing to be an affordable way to get the information you need.
Except for pregnancy tests, Direct Access Testing is for blood tests. Some tests check several different elements in your blood at the same time. Other blood tests look for very specific elements in your blood.

Advance appointments must be scheduled by calling 952-225-5400 or through the Patient Portal.

Must bring a filled-out Direct Access Testing request form (Web link to form to print) or may fill out at the office.

Testing is performed by trained professionals in compliance with regulatory agencies, ensuring accurate and precise results.

Most test results will be provided to you within two to three working days.

The results will be sent directly to you based on your preference. We do not send the results to your doctor or anyone else. It is up to you to inform your doctor about any test results. You will need to bring a copy of the lab results with you if you schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider.

Once the test has been conducted, we will notify you when the results are available. A doctor at the lab may review abnormal results, and we will call you in the event of a critical result.

You must pay for the tests in advance by cash or credit card–insurance will not be billed.
